Jaime Nash is an art director and designer with twenty years behind him, working in type, editorial, brand, print, and the interfaces people actually use. He builds identities and experiences for people who refuse to be forgettable.

(About)

Every project starts the same way: figure out what it actually needs to do, then make it do that better than anyone expected. Twenty years across agencies, brands, and tech, from the 65th floor of the Empire State Building to a shop of his own in Portland, taught him the part most people skip. The details aren't the finishing touch. They're the whole job.

He was the third design hire at a company Apple hand-picked to reprogram the iPad, and stayed long enough to run the department. He's built brand systems and digital experiences for names you'd know and plenty you wouldn't. Type and editorial are where he's happiest. Printmaking is what he does on weekends, because he likes the way ink and paper fight back.

No brand's too big or too small. He'd rather work with someone who dares not to be boring than chase a logo for the wall.

That list above is a small selection. Twenty years is more work than fits on one page, and plenty of it's still under NDA. If you're after something specific, ask. He'll send a deck.
